Job Summary
Provide excellent customer service leadership to customers and support the store manager to ensure efficient store operations. Greet customers, enforce company policies, promote a clean and organized store, process cash and card transactions with integrity, and ensure merchandising programs and plan-o-grams are correctly implemented. Maintain appealing foodservice products through proper rotation and freshness, monitor transactions for proper procedures, respond quickly to emergencies for customer and employee safety, and support maximizing sales and asset protection.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Ability to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical tasks such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods (store, outside, cooler)
- Available to work varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
