Job Summary
Customer Service Representative at Stopandgo stores: provide excellent customer service leadership to all customers, greet customers, ensure policies are followed, maintain a clean and organized store appearance, efficiently process cash and card transactions with integrity, ensure merchandising and marketing programs (plan-o-gram integrity and sign placement) are implemented, rotate foodservice products to keep them fresh, monitor store activities for proper transactions, respond to emergencies for safety, and unload trucks for restocking. Retail experience is required and physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long shifts are expected; work across varied shifts including weekends and holidays in a store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Retail experience / Customer Service Experience Required
- Able to occasionally lift 50 pounds
- Able to frequently lift objects up to 10 pounds
- Able to stand for an entire shift
- Ability to periodically handle routine physical task such as climbing, squatting, kneeling, pushing, and/or pulling
- Comfortable working in intermittent temperatures for short periods of time
- Available to work various shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
