Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for direct support of the store manager to keep the store running efficiently, ensuring policy compliance, and maximizing sales. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, maintaining merchandising standards and plan-o-gram integrity, rotating foodservice products, unloading trucks for restocking, monitoring transactions for proper conduct, responding to emergencies for safety, and maintaining store cleanliness and appearance. Requires retail or customer service experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand through shifts, and availability across various shifts including weekends/evenings/holidays. Location: Warren, MI. For Stopandgo stores.
Required Qualifications
