Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for supporting store operations and ensuring smooth, policy-compliant store performance. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers, processing cash and card transactions with integrity, ensuring merchandising and plan-o-gram integrity, maintaining store appearance, rotating foodservice products, monitoring transactions for proper procedures, responding to emergencies, unloading trucks for restocking, and working flexible shifts including weekends and evenings. Must be comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and standing for entire shifts; prior retail or customer service experience is required. Location: StopandGo stores, Ontario, OH.
