Customer Service Representative

Handle inbound sales calls and outbound solicitation to drive new leads, while resolving customer complaints and answering inquiries to ensure a great customer experience. Maintain appropriate rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands. Generate purchase and repair orders, manage files, and contribute to cost containment through inventory planning and warranty administration. Execute customer communication protocols and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm in Morris, IL.
