Job Summary
Customer Service Representative I works cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Operations and Asset Management to provide excellent customer communication. Responsible for inbound sales calls, maintaining appropriate inventory levels, responding to inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and guiding the rental sales process while coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands. Roles also include ensuring a great customer experience, executing customer communication protocols, managing rental truck inventory, and supporting process efficiency through scheduling, planning, and documentation across a fast-paced logistics environment.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required
- One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service required
