Job Summary
Customer Service Representative/Route Service Representative delivering care on assigned pet-care route. Build and maintain clinic relationships, handle pickups/deliveries, and ensure accurate documentation using CRM systems. Manage emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion, while maintaining safety and route accuracy. This role emphasizes independence, reliability, and a customer-focused, face-to-face presence with veterinary clinics and pet parents. Training is provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
