Job Summary
Review daily routes, load equipment, and ensure all items are correct before departure. Visit assigned veterinary clinics, retrieve deceased pets respectfully from chest freezers, and scan pets using company technology. Accurately document requests, complete follow-through, and return to the Care Center to unload, scan, and handoff pets to Operations. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, support basic administrative tasks, and distribute approved materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for clinics, addressing questions promptly while delivering consistent, compassionate service. This physically active role requires frequent lifting up to 100 lbs, driving in all weather conditions, and handling emotionally sensitive situations with precision. Full-time employment includes rotating on-call duties and early morning shifts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- M, T, Th, F 6am-4p
- 40 hours full-time; overtime as business needs
