Job Summary
CSR on an assigned route for Gateway’s pet aftercare, serving as the primary, face-to-face liaison with veterinary clinics and pet parents. Responsibilities include building and maintaining clinic relationships, performing pickups and deliveries with accuracy and compassion, handling pets and deceased animals respectfully, using company technology to scan and document, and ensuring all route tasks are completed on time. The role requires physical activity (lifting up to 100 lbs), independence, reliability, strong organization, and professionalism in emotionally sensitive environments. Training is provided; the position contributes to client care and clinic experience through accurate documentation, service opportunities, and responsive communication. Schedule is Monday–Saturday, 4am–2pm with overtime as needed; located in West Chester, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems
