Job Summary
Review daily routes, load equipment, and execute accurate pickups and deliveries at assigned veterinary clinics. Retrieve deceased pets respectfully from storage, scan animals at pickup and delivery, and document all requests while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance. Interact with clinic staff and pet parents with compassion, address questions promptly, and refer potential leads to Business Development. Return to the Care Center to unload pets, complete scanning, and handoff to Operations. Maintain full responsibility for each pet until properly received, follow all safety policies, and anticipate clinic needs. Full-time M-F schedule with weekends on-call; industry-leading benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Must be able to drive in all weather and road conditions
- Must be able to work independently with high accountability
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, non-desk-based work environment
- Must be able to pass the E-Verify employment verification check
