Job Summary
CSR on assigned route acts as the face of Gateway to veterinary clinics and pet parents, managing a demanding route, handling pets with dignity, and delivering pickups and deliveries accurately and on time. The role emphasizes building trusted clinic relationships, maintaining professionalism, independence, and heightened accountability in emotionally sensitive environments, with responsibilities including loading equipment, visiting clinics, documenting requests, scanning pets, and supporting basic account-related tasks while pursuing opportunities to refer leads to Business Development. Training will be provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior customer service, account management, or route-based experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile technology and CRM systems
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed
