Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for high-quality, timely, and professional responses to billing, payment, policy questions, and coverage details. Duties include promoting products, answering questions via phone and email, handling in-person inquiries, data entry for quotes and policy changes, securing information to resolve inquiries, developing policy change quotes, researching and resolving customer issues, processing payments, and ensuring accurate documentation in the AMS360 system. Requires proactive communication with customers, agents, and company personnel, handling routine inquiries, and supporting the renewal and sales cycle. Travel to meetings may be required; familiarity with insurance policies and ability to work independently while supporting team members is essential. Virginia Property and Casualty license preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1+ years of demonstrated success in an insurance call center or independent agency environment
- Personal Lines insurance experience strongly preferred
- CISR, CPIA or similar designation(s) preferred
- Knowledge of Farm, Agribusiness, or Commercial underwriting experience helpful
- Current Virginia Property and Casualty License preferred
