Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, orders, and delivery schedules. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality or delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Provide product information and technical assistance to customers. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery. This role supports manufacturers across Rockford, MI in the West Michigan region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate's degree
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product information
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
