Job Summary
Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including weekends, while maintaining exceptional company standards and integrity. Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment, then communicate information to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager to ensure the team responds as necessary. Deliver legendary customer service with a "customers come first" attitude, providing quality food and merchandise products consistently by adhering to all recipe, presentation, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Develop positive relationships with fellow employees by addressing individual motivation and needs. Maintain regular and punctual attendance while contributing to the success of RMI's retail locations.

- 11am - 7pm
