Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture retail stores. Deliver exceptional customer service as the front-line ambassador, handling in-person, phone, and email interactions; process sales orders and required documentation with approvals; manage customer credit applications and financing; perform cash handling and reconcile transactions; resolve customer inquiries and escalate as appropriate; support audits, inventory processes, and compliance; maintain accurate records and routine reports; collaborate with sales team and store staff; operate POS and retail software and Microsoft Office tools; flexible to shift needs and weekends; 18+ and high school diploma or equivalent required; opportunities for internal advancement and benefits.
Required Qualifications
