Customer Service Representative Retail

Front-line ambassador for Ashley, delivering exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Greet customers in a warm, professional manner and represent Ashley's brand image across in-person, phone, and email interactions. Support sales orders processing, assist with customer credit applications and financing arrangements, and maintain accurate customer account information. Handle cash procedures and reconcile transactions under Office Manager supervision. Address customer inquiries and issues, escalate complex matters to Management, and follow up to ensure resolution. Assist with operational audits, inventory processes, and documentation verification. Maintain records, prepare routine reports, and ensure proper filing of sales and office paperwork. Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store staff to ensure a seamless customer experience. Utilize POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite to perform duties efficiently. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
