Job Summary
Front-line Customer Service Representative at Ashley Furniture in a retail store. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales orders, assisting with financing and customer accounts, handling cash and reconciling transactions, resolving customer inquiries, supporting audits and compliance, preparing routine reports, and collaborating with sales and merchandising teams. Requires proficient use of POS, retail management software, and Microsoft Office; flexible hours including weekends and holidays; inclusive of strong teamwork and reliable attendance. 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent; US work authorization.
Required Qualifications
