Job Summary
Front-line Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture retail stores. Responsibilities include greeting customers, delivering exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email interactions; processing sales orders; managing customer accounts and financing applications; cash handling and adherence to procedures; resolving inquiries and escalating when needed; supporting audits, inventory, and compliance documentation; generating routine reports and maintaining staff-ready records; collaborating with sales, merchandising, and store teams; utilizing POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office. Requires HS diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and 1 year of customer service/administrative experience preferred. Required Qualifications
