Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service as the front-line ambassador in Ashley's retail stores. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer accounts and credit applications, handling cash, resolving issues, supporting audits and compliance, preparing routine reports, and maintaining documentation. Utilize POS and retail management software along with Microsoft Office; collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requires legal authorization to work in the US, 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
