Customer Service Representative Retail

Front-line customer service and sales support in Ashley Furniture retail stores. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales orders, handling customer credit applications and financing, maintaining customer accounts, cash handling, resolving inquiries, supporting audits/compliance, preparing routine reports, and collaborating with sales and merchandising teams. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office is required. Must be legally eligible to work in the US, at least 18 years old, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
