Job Summary
Front-line Customer Service Representative for Ashley Retail stores: greet customers, provide exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email channels; support sales order processing, credit applications, and financing; manage customer accounts; perform cash handling and POS transactions; resolve customer inquiries, escalate issues to management as needed, and assist with audits, inventory, and documentation; collaborate with sales, merchandising, and store staff; use retail management software and Microsoft Office to perform duties; flexible shifts including weekends/holidays; opportunities for advancement within Ashley's expanding U.S. footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
