Job Summary
Ashley Furniture is hiring a Customer Service Representative for an in-store retail role in Verdi, NV. Responsibilities include greeting customers, delivering exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and email interactions; processing sales orders; handling customer credit applications and financing; managing customer accounts; cash handling and reconciliation; resolving customer inquiries and issues; supporting operational audits and compliance checks; maintaining accurate records and reports; collaborating with sales, merchandising, and store teams; using POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite; and performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
