Job Summary
Front-line Customer Service Representative for Ashley stores responsible for greeting customers, delivering courteous service across in-person, phone, and email channels; processing sales orders with proper documentation and approvals; managing customer accounts and credit applications; cash handling and adherence to procedures; resolving customer inquiries and escalating issues as needed; supporting audits, inventory processes, and documentation; utilizing POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office; collaborating with sales and merchandising teams to ensure a seamless store experience; flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays; requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of customer service/office experience (preferred).
