Customer Service Representative (Retail)

Job Summary
Delivers the desired customer experience by providing high quality service and completing teller transactions accurately, including using active listening to identify customer needs and cross-selling products and services to deepen relationships; performs duties in Retail Services as part of a team, adheres to bank policies, cash controls, security and compliance requirements, handles customer complaints, builds trust and professional relationships with customers and co-workers, maintains product knowledge, communicates with supervisory staff, and may travel to branch locations. Requires a High School diploma or GED and at least six months of teller or retail sales/cashier experience; must be comfortable standing for long periods, have strong communication skills, and be available to work Saturdays and some evenings. Also notes the use of technology and online/mobile banking tools, and a commitment to financial success for customers.
