Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture in Guadalupe, AZ, delivering welcoming, professional service and supporting store operations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales orders, managing customer credit applications and financing, handling cash and reconciling transactions, resolving customer inquiries, supporting audits and compliance, maintaining accurate records and reporting, and collaborating with sales and merchandising teams while using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Required Qualifications
