Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture Retail in Phoenix, AZ. Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service as the front-line ambassador, handling in-person, phone, and email interactions; processing sales orders, credit applications, and financing; cash handling and financial procedures; resolving customer issues; assisting with audits, inventory, and documentation; maintaining records and reports; collaborating with sales and store teams; using POS systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office; and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires 18+ and a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience preferred; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays; strong attendance and teamwork skills.
