Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley stores responsible for greeting customers, delivering exceptional in-person, phone, and email service, processing sales orders, handling customer credit applications and financing, cash handling, issue resolution, and supporting audits, documentation, and reporting. The role supports store operations in collaboration with sales, merchandising, and office staff, utilizing point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office Suite to ensure accurate paperwork and smooth customer experiences. Must be legally authorized to work in the US and capable of working flexible hours including weekends and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service/office experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience (preferred)
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities
