Job Summary
Ashley Furniture is expanding its retail footprint and seeks a Customer Service Representative to greet customers, process sales orders, manage customer accounts and credit applications, handle cash and payments, resolve inquiries, assist with audits and compliance, and maintain documentation using POS and retail software. The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, customer-service experience, and flexibility for varied store hours; teamwork and reliable attendance are important.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledgeable Microsoft Office Suite and system transactions
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; including rotation for store opening and closing responsibilities – various shifts
- Maintain reliable attendance
- Thrive in a team environment
