Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Ashley Furniture, serving as the front-line ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences. Duties include greeting customers in person, handling sales order processing and documentation, managing customer credit applications and financing arrangements, cash handling and adherence to cash procedures, addressing and resolving customer inquiries, supporting audits and compliance checks, maintaining accurate records and routine reports, and collaborating with sales, merchandising, and store teams. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, retail management software, and Microsoft Office is expected, along with flexible availability including weekends and holidays to support store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- 1 year of customer service, office, and/or administrative experience, preferred
