Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Provide courteous, knowledgeable customer service to callers and visitors, addressing pest-control inquiries and service needs. Responsibilities include answering calls promptly and professionally, maintaining positive customer relations, gathering information to identify and resolve problems, selling and upselling services, scheduling/rescheduling services, handling billing questions and AR disputes, data entry for job setups/invoicing/credits, and performing general office duties. Work collaboratively with Service, Sales, and administrative colleagues; demonstrate strong listening/communication skills, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and a background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Two year diploma or equivalent in prior experience
- One to Two years’ experience in a customer service or call center role
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Self-manage daily tasks and workload
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work occasionally on weekends
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
