Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role within Renesas focusing on Sales Operations analytics and process optimization. Responsibilities include contributing to sales strategy execution, data management and integrity across systems, forecasting and planning, pipeline oversight, KPI reporting, gap analysis and opportunity modeling, target setting for design-in and distributor initiatives, and sales enablement through training on dashboards and tools. Requires a Bachelor's degree and proven experience in sales operations or analytics, with strong Excel/Power BI skills and CRM exposure. Emphasizes analytical problem-solving, ownership mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales operations, analytics, or business support—ideally within the semiconductor or electronics industry
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query) and Power BI; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive, anticipative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and business awareness
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Solid understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics and sales processes is a plus
