Job Summary
Provide first-contact support to members for transportation services, document customer concerns, ensure accurate trip data is entered, follow company procedures, educate members on services and their insurance coverage, and assist with scheduling, modifying, and cancelling reservations. Work in a 24/7/365 contact center with required training on camera for 30 days, including potential nights, weekends, holidays, and company-recognized holidays. Strong typing (35+ wpm), English documentation, and Microsoft Office proficiency are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of related experience
- 6+ months contact center experience OR customer service experience
- Strong organization skills, written and verbal communication
- Can type 35 wpm or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work overtime and in a 24/7/365 environment
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Noting insurance coverage and services provided
- Attention to accuracy in data entry and documentation
