Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for handling initial customer inquiries, processing orders, and serving as a liaison between customers and European mills. Requires excellent English communication, experience with in-house software for research/troubleshooting, order entry, inventory management, shipping documentation, and accounts receivable. Key duties include resolving customer questions, maintaining relationships, providing prompt and accurate service, troubleshooting, and supporting business operations and processes. The role emphasizes customer interaction, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to sustainability-driven initiatives within a global packaging and biomaterials context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to communicate in English; Verbal and written communication skills; Knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems and word processing software.
