Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PDF Editor; strong written/verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; and a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
