The Customer Service Manager will supervise and direct all front end personnel and activities to ensure high standards of customer service. Responsibilities include promoting customer goodwill, scheduling front-end personnel, enforcing store policy, conducting training programs, assisting with customer inquiries, improving customer service operations, and maintaining a clean front end environment. Required skills include strong communication and analytical abilities, as well as knowledge of child labor laws.
