Required Qualifications
- 3 years experience in customer service (Required)
- CRM software experience (Preferred)
- Knowledge of computers and internet
- Effective and professional communication via email, telephone, and text
- Experience with hybrid remote work setup
- Must have personal computer and high speed internet (download speed 25 Mbps+, upload 10 Mbps+)
- Compatibility note: Macs and Chromebooks are not compatible
- Experience in the St. Louis Metro area
- Ability to learn software applications
