Job Summary
Monitor guests and support the development of a team environment to ensure complete customer satisfaction with the gaming experience. Assist in implementing rewards club activities and provide excellent service for sales, membership, on-site events, promotions, and entertainment initiatives. Operate Electronic Gaming Device machines to respond to customer needs and manage the sale of all gift shop items, merchandise, and lottery tickets. Maintain good public relations with patrons and employees while adhering to PEI Gaming Legislation, Atlantic Lottery regulations, and safety and security standards. Requires high school diploma, one year of related experience, bilingualism as an asset, and Responsible Beverage Certification. Full-time role with on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or comparable combination of equivalent working experience and education
- Experience in a related field or 1 or more years
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills
- Working knowledge of computer software applications
- Mathematical skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding area
- Responsible Beverage Certification
