Customer Service Representative, Ready Mix

Answer incoming customer calls and emails to schedule concrete deliveries, process payments, and suggest products to meet needs. Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner while communicating with Sales, Plant Managers, and Delivery Professionals. Maintain adequate communication with all stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers in placing orders efficiently. Requires high school diploma, knowledge of ready-mix concrete, and intermediate computer skills. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
