Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for first-line customer communication, resolving service issues or referring customers to proper departments, inputting load information into the operating system, monitoring and tracing loads for on-time pickup/delivery, updating customer websites, maintaining relationships with customers and drivers, negotiating and preparing rates, and assisting with maintaining customer data and adherence to regulations. Strong multi-tasking, effective communication (English; Spanish a plus), and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required. Knowledge of handling complex transactional or emotional customer situations and the ability to provide professional service to internal/external partners and management are essential.
