Duties include maintaining electronic customer files, capturing revenue for special requests, generating reports as necessary, and ensuring attendance at scheduled shifts. The position requires effective communication, basic math skills, and the ability to adapt to changes while maintaining productivity and accuracy. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with two years of related experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of related experience
  • Ability to work required schedule and arrive on time
  • Ability to effectively communicate in writing and verbally
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ability to maintain a level of production that meets or exceeds established guidelines
  • Ability to complete necessary paperwork neatly and accurately
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Basic computer or tablet skills
