Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for completing cash transactions, initiating customer loans, and contacting customers about past due payments. Requires rotating shifts with some Saturdays and Sundays off, strong customer service skills, cash handling experience, ability to operate computers and office equipment, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Full-time entry-level role with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and holiday pay. Located at Branch 4532, 2318 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564; on-site work with PROVISION for potential bonus and EOE commitment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash Handling experience
- Ability to operate computers and standard office equipment preferred
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and maintain auto insurance
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Reliable attendance
