Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at Security National Bank, you will be the front-line ambassador for the bank, delivering highest level of service to every customer. Responsibilities include maintaining a cash drawer, accurately processing transactions, and identifying customer needs to promote appropriate services and products. Candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash handling experience
- Customer service experience
- Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines
