Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding questions to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness while providing a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests. This role reports to the Club Manager and requires standing and walking 75% of the shift. Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness offers free membership for self and one family member or friend.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
