Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, and cancellations. Facilitate member service issues and assist with club cleanliness. Maintain a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to guests. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
