Job Summary
Communicate directly with shippers, process customer orders using inventory systems, and create daily load schedules. Schedule motor carriers, verify work instructions via customer data sheets, and ensure proper weights are met before releasing drivers. Red tag railcars if necessary and confirm motor carrier drivers are entered into the INA system prior to loading. Oversee loaders taking customer samples and entering them into the inventory management system. Work in an industrial environment while wearing required PPE. Requires strong communication skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the ability to multi-task in a chemical plant setting.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to multi-task in a chemical plant environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Valid Driver's License and/or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Regular on-site attendance and punctuality
- Speak, write, read fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience utilizing SAP
- Prior experience working in a chemical plant, industrial or manufacturing work environment
- Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures
