Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handles inquiries and complaints with courtesy to resolve issues and retain customer business. Provides real-time information on sales orders, repairs, and returns; offers One Call resolution for orders, replacements, or accessories; maintains knowledge of products and promotions; supports multiple contact channels (email, chat, phone); prioritizes orders to meet KPIs; uses critical thinking and decision making to ensure satisfactory outcomes; participates in training and supports the customer lifecycle beyond initial contact.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient experience operating a computer in several different platforms
- Excellent oral, written, and leadership skills
- Time management & organizational skills
- Maintain confidentiality as required
- Must have a designated work area that is noise and distraction free (Photos will be required for verification of this requirement.)
- Must provide your own internet with a minimum of 50 MBPS
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service Call Center experience
