Job Summary

Customer Service Representative responsible for resolving customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, maintaining accurate documentation in Salesforce, and coordinating across internal departments (graphics, production, purchasing, logistics, sales) to ensure seamless service delivery. Role emphasizes maintaining customer satisfaction, effective communication, ERP usage (Traverse/Prestige), data entry, reporting, and administrative support for assigned customer accounts. Strong emphasis on accurate order fulfillment, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.

Required Qualifications

  • HS/GED required; AS preferred
  • 2-4 years' experience in a related field
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Outlook Email, and calendar
  • Experience with Salesforce for logging customer complaints and follow-up
  • Experience with ERP systems Traverse and Prestige
  • Ability to collaborate with internal departments (graphics, production, purchasing, logistics, sales)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential information
