Job Summary
Manage customer orders via computer entry and resolve complex service issues with clients and sales management. Build and maintain relationships while ensuring accurate pricing levels and assisting with new account setups. Act as a liaison for National Chain accounts, back up the receptionist on rotation, and reconcile accounts with sales and operations teams. Monitor billbacks through in-house software, perform regular audits, and run daily reports using proprietary systems. Maintain the customer database and provide product guidance during tastings and tours. This role requires 2+ years of experience, MS Office proficiency, and a strong focus on accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- 2 year college degree
- Excellent communication skills both internally and externally and at all levels
- Proven ability to work independently
- Reliability
- Attention to detail
- Accuracy
- Ability to find ways to increase efficiency
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent skills with the entire MS Office Suite
- AS400 experience
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be able to work independently
- Must have a positive and superior customer focus
- Must be available for office Monday through Friday
- Must be able to back up receptionist on a rotating schedule and as necessary
