Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, you will act as a liaison, provide product and services information, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities include resolving product or service problems, handling large volumes of incoming calls, identifying customer needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships through open communication, following procedures and policies, reading from scripts, resolving complaints via phone or email, and collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure quality service. Candidates should demonstrate strong phone handling, active listening, customer orientation, excellent communication and presentation skills, the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, and a commitment to training and development. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
