Job Summary
Greet walk-in and phone customers, listen to their needs, and recommend product solutions, upsell options, and complimentary items to improve their bottom line. Collaborate with team members to sell Horizon's value, prepare sales orders, assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise, and make follow-up calls to solicit additional business. Resolve customer complaints professionally, maintain a clean and stocked sales center, and assist with receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties including lifting up to 75 pounds. Possess forklift certification, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment serving professional landscape contractors.
